LegalyJet ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LegalyJet website and free legal document generation service. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices. LegalyJet itself does not collect, store, or process any personal data. Our document generation service is built on a privacy-by-design principle: all functionality runs entirely within your browser, and no information you enter is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do, however, display third-party advertisements which may use cookies. See Section 2 for full details.
LegalyJet generates legal documents entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. The information you enter into the generator — your company name, website URL, contact email, and other business details — is never transmitted to our servers. It stays on your device and is used only to assemble your document in real time. When you close or refresh the page, that data is gone. We have no access to it at any point.
Any contact or inquiry functionality on this site is handled entirely client-side. We do not receive, store, or retain any information you submit through contact forms. No name, email address, or message content is transmitted to or held on our servers.
We do not collect server log data, IP addresses, browser types, operating system information, referring URLs, or any other information about your visit. We have not configured our hosting to retain such data for our use.
LegalyJet itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. However, we display third-party advertisements on our site. These ad networks and their partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
LegalyJet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Because we collect no personal data ourselves, there is nothing to share on our end. The only third-party data involvement on this site is through advertising cookies from our ad network partners (see Section 2). We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process.
We retain no user data. Document generation data never reaches our servers — it exists only in your browser during your session and is discarded when you leave or refresh the page. Contact interactions are processed client-side and no information is stored on our end.
Because LegalyJet itself collects and stores no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or transfer on your behalf. You can use LegalyJet with full confidence that no record of your visit or activity is held by us.

LegalyJet is not directed at children under 13. As we collect no personal data from anyone, we do not collect any information from children either.
Because all processing happens in your browser and no data is transmitted to us, the risk of a server-side breach exposing your information is eliminated by design. Your data never leaves your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of LegalyJet after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
